Nest & Stay Design Studio grew from a road trip to Lake Tahoe, where a group of friends staying in a short-term rental recognized a simple truth:

"You do not need more choices. You need better ones."

Combining formal interior design training from UC Berkeley with backgrounds in mathematics, analytics, finance, and operational leadership, we bring a designer's eye and analytical rigor to every recommendation.

For STRs, good design goes beyond aesthetics. We consider how a space functions, photographs, stands apart, and supports the guest experience.

We begin with what is already working, then thoughtfully edit.

The result is a cohesive, comfortable, distinctive property that is practical to maintain - and memorable to stay in.
